Delivery and Returns Policy

FINE ART CUSTOM PRINTS

As custom prints are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of ordering to receive a full refund as the print will have gone into production after this.

If we have made a mistake, or there is a problem with your order, then please contact us by email at shop@butlergallery.ie or by phone on +00353 56 7761106 (Monday – Friday, 10.00 – 17.00 hrs).

Please allow 2-4 weeks for the delivery / collection of your Fine Art Custom Print.


GIFT ITEMS

Butler Gallery aims to have all items ready for collection within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions orders may take longer than this to be processed. You will be notified by email when your item is ready for collection at Butler Gallery.

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of ordering to receive a full refund. 

Butler Gallery cannot hold purchased items that are not collected for longer than 7 days. If for any reason you are unable to collect your item within 7 days of collection notification please notify us by email at shop@butlergallery.ie or by phone on +00353 56 7761106 (Monday – Friday, 10.00 – 17.00 hrs).

 

If we do not hear from you your item may be returned to the Butler Gallery shop for re-sale.
